在梳理总结多学科背景下的城市时间理论以及近期国内外时间城市规划相关理论与实践经验的基础上，本文以时间地理学理论和行为地理学理论为核心视角，提出时间城市规划的概念与内容，阐释时间城市规划的时间观、空间观和人间观等理论基础，论证时间城市规划的实践方式和未来展望。时间城市规划采用“时—空—人”的整合视角，以时空间行为规划为核心方法论，从空间规划、时间规划、现代技术背景等三个角度讨论具体实现路径，并强调规划者应具备相应的时间意识，创新城市规划的理论视角和实践途径。

Based on a comprehensive review of urban time theories from a multidisciplinary background, as well as recent theories and practical experiences related to temporal city planning both domestically and internationally, this paper introduces the concept and content of temporal city planning from the core perspectives of time geography and behavioral geography. It elucidates the theoretical foundations of temporal city planning, including its views on time, space, and humanity, and discusses the practical approaches and future prospects of temporal city planning. Temporal city planning adopts an integrated perspective of “time-space-people”, with spatiotemporal and behavioral planning as its core methodology. It discusses specific implementation paths from three angles: spatial planning, time planning, and the background of modern technology. It also emphasizes that planners should possess a corresponding awareness of time and innovate theoretical perspectives and practical approaches in urban planning.
