在全球化、现代化冲击下，我国城市风貌“乱象横生、缺乏特色”，究其原因是守正不够、创新不足、法规缺失等所致。日本金泽是全球文化名城，是日本首批景观建设示范城市，在景观建设上有丰富的值得借鉴的经验。本文通过解析金泽的城市景观建设，梳理了该市1965 年至今城市景观建设的发展历程；总结了其在自然景观建设、传统历史景观建设、近代城市景观建设、景观建设的公众参与和景观建设的保障五方面的景观建设经验；并针对我国城市风貌建设现状问题，提出四点启示：（1）基于地域特征塑造城市特色风貌，（2）推动城市风貌建设的创新探索，（3）推动社会各界共建城市风貌，（4）建设完善的城市风貌管控与法律法规体系。

Under the impact of globalization and modernization, Chinese urban landscape is “chaotic and lacking in characteristics”, which is due to the lack of justice, innovation and regulations. Kanazawa, a city of global culture and one of the first model cities for landscape construction in Japan, has rich experience in landscape construction that is worth learning from. This paper analyzes the urban landscape construction of Kanazawa, sorts out the development history of urban landscape construction from 1965 to the present, summarizes its experience in five aspects, including natural landscape construction, traditional historical landscape construction, modern urban landscape construction, public participation in landscape construction and guarantee of landscape construction, and puts forward the inspiration for China’s urban landscape construction in view of the current problems of Chinese urban landscape construction: (1) shaping urban landscape based on regional characteristics, (2) promoting innovative exploration of urban landscape construction, (3) promoting the construction of urban landscape by all sectors of society, (4) building a perfect system of urban landscape control and laws and regulations.
