在多元化、包容性成为现代社会主要趋势的背景下，同质化城市规划设计与性别差异产生的多样性需求之间的矛盾依然存在。为此本文以问题为导向，首先基于女性日常生活行为轨迹与行为模式，在微观、日常生活层面分析了国际实践中的 女性友好型育儿空间、交通空间、工作空间与配套设施设计经验。其次，基于城市规划与管理视角，在宏观、准则与制度层面总结了国际实践中的女性友好城市发展目标确立、女性城市规划参与、 女性友好城市规划准则和评价指标制定。最后，本文从城市设计、总体规划、规划实施三方面分析提出了国际女性友好城市规划的经验启示，以期为中国女性友好城市规划提供借鉴与参考。

Despite the fact that diversity and inclusiveness have emerged as the dominant trends in modern society, the contradiction between gender-specific demands and homogenized urban planning persists. Thus, approaching the subject from a problem-oriented perspective, this paper firstly analyzes the global practice of designing women-friendly childcare spaces, transportation spaces, work spaces, and supporting spaces at the micro, daily life level, taking into account the behavioral patterns and daily routes of women. Secondly, this paper provides an overview of the global practice in establishing the development goals of women-friendly cities, women’s participation in urban planning, and the formulation of guidelines and evaluation indicators for women-friendly city planning at the macro, normative, and institutional level, all from the perspective of urban planning and management. Finally, it analyzes and presents the experiences of global women-friendly city planning from three aspects, namely urban design, master plan and planning implementation, intending to offer a reference for China’s women-friendly city planning.
