在历史地段保护和活化协同发展的目标指引下，笔者基于城市形态学的理论和方法，结合历史地理学派和空间组构学派，建立了一个多层级地块形态划分和空间效能评估的方法框架，用来判断每个地块兼顾历史信息保留延续和社会经济活力提升的空间潜力。进而，以南京老城南片区具有典型明清风貌特征的两片居住型历史地段——中华门西的荷花塘和钓鱼台为例，划分出具有不同空间效能的地块组合单元，并且有针对性地提出基于形态学的保护和活化更新的建议。研究旨在为历史地段的整体价值评估提供一个新的视角，以期推动结合不同形态学派观点的城市形态学领域的实证研究，为历史地段的保护和活化工作提供城市形态学的依据。

Under the aim of conserving and revitalizing historical urban areas, by combining the historico-geographical and configurational approaches, this paper has established a framework of identifying the multi-hierarchy of urban plots and evaluating their spatial potentials based on their historical expressiveness and socio-economic vitality. Two historic urban areas in Laochengnan, Nanjng are taken as an example for empirical study. Urban plots with different spatial potentials are identified as a result and suggestions for conserving and revitalizing strategies are provided correspondingly. This paper provides a morphological perspective for evaluating their outstanding values, contributes to the efforts of combining and coordinating different morphological schools in urban morphology and of synergizing between conservation and revitalization in historic urban areas.
